About two years ago, while getting off my bike, I felt sharp pain on the inner side of my right knee. I couldn’t step on my leg. It lasted about two days until I remembered that a shopkeeper had recommended Smrekovit to a customer before me. I bought it too, and after a few days the pain completely disappeared. I’ve been using Smrekovit for over ten years. My problems are back and shoulder pain. Whenever they appear, I immediately use Smrekovit with a compress to keep it warm, and the relief is immediate. It also relieves knee pain that appeared recently. I never go on vacation without Smrekovit—it’s always with me. My children, who are still young, also gladly use it when needed.

Why are some reviews not signed with a full name?
The amount of personal information displayed depends on the user's permission. Some statements therefore include a full name, while others show only a first name, location or another limited form of identification.
Do you publish every review you receive?
Not automatically. The public archive contains statements from users who have permitted their public publication. We do not select statements according to whether the user describes Smrekovit positively or negatively.
Do you alter the wording of user statements?
We do not alter the substantive meaning of a statement. In older statements, we also preserve the terminology and product names used by the user at the time. Translations preserve the meaning of the original statement.
Why do you also show older reviews?
Because this page also serves as an archive of experiences collected over the years. Where known, the date is shown with the statement so that older experiences can be understood in their historical context.
What is the difference between a review and a documented case?
A review is a user's personal statement. A documented case includes additional information about the course of the case, available documentation, circumstances of use and the limitations of the case. Neither an individual review nor a documented case proves causation by itself.
