Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I expect changes?
For acute problems, often within a few days; for chronic problems, usually after one to two weeks.
How often should the products be used?
For most problems, we recommend regular use according to the instructions. Consistency is often more important than the amount used.
What if I don't notice any changes?
The reason may be that not enough time has passed, the product has not been used consistently enough, the wrong product has been chosen, or Smrekovit may simply not be the right choice for that particular problem.
How can I recognise a resin allergy?
A resin allergy is rare and usually appears as itching, redness or a rash at the application site.
When should I use a cream and when an ointment?
Spruce resin cream is more suitable when:
- you want it to absorb quickly
- you do not want a greasy feel
- you use the product during the day
The ointment is more suitable when longer contact with the skin is desired, for example overnight or under a dressing.
