The Smrekovit compress is a simple textile aid made of cotton with a polyurethane coating, designed to prolong the effect of the spruce resin ointment or cream. It is vapor-permeable and allows the skin to breathe. By using the Smrekovit compress:

you prevent the ointment or cream from being wiped off,

you enhance the effect of spruce resin,

you allow it to work overnight or during rest.
The compress is especially recommended for:
- more persistent problems,
sensitive areas where the spruce cream or ointment tends to disappear more quickly (e.g. wiped off onto clothing, etc.),

Use
- Apply an appropriate amount of cream (Smrekovit Klasik or Smrekovit 365) to one side of the compress.
- Place the compress with the coated side on the selected area – for example the back, knee or shoulder.
- Secure with medical adhesive tape, a bandage, or an elastic net (available in pharmacies).
- If needed, apply an additional layer of cream over the existing one..
