Which spruce cream should you choose?
Short answer: the choice depends mainly on the type of resin and the sensation you want during application.
- Smrekovit 365 Prima contains spruce resin without added menthol or camphor. It is suitable when you want a fast-absorbing cream without a cooling sensation.
- Smrekovit 365 Ekstra contains spruce resin together with added menthol and camphor, which provide a cooling sensation when applied. It is used directly and not together with Smrekovit Kontakt.
- Smrekovit 365 Alter contains boswellia resin and does not contain spruce resin. It is intended for users who do not want to use spruce resin.
Smrekovit 365 Prima and 365 Alter can also be used together with Smrekovit Kontakt when you want to keep the cream on the selected area for longer.

Cotton wrap for longer application
Smrekovit Kontakt is a soft and flexible cotton wrap intended for use together with spreadable Smrekovit products. First apply the product to the wrap and spread it evenly over the part that will be in contact with the application site.
Then place the wrap with the coated side onto the selected area and secure it further if needed.

Smrekovit 365 creams absorb quickly and do not leave a noticeably greasy feeling. Smrekovit Klasik is an ointment with a fatty base, so it absorbs more slowly and remains at the application site for longer.
Can the cream cause an unwanted reaction?
Yes. An individual ingredient may cause irritation or another unwanted reaction in sensitive users. Before first using the cream on a larger area, test it on a small area. If an unwanted reaction occurs, discontinue use.
