Experiences of Smrekovit users

I’ve been using the classic spruce ointment Smrekovit Klasik for over 30 years. I first used it for my son until he was three because of asthma, and later for myself as well. It’s very useful and, as I like to say, “an ointment that really helps.” Thank you.

I have always used spruce-resin ointment, because as a child I used to collect resin with my father, melt and soften it, and use it for all the injuries and issues that children often get during farm work. For a compress, we used plantain leaves: we spread resin on them and wrapped wounds with them. Your ointment is much better than the ones I have bought so far. I use it for everything—I’d even spread it on bread if you didn’t also have capsules.

We have been using Smrekovit Klasik since around 1995. My late partner went several times to your father for lower-back massage, and in our extended family and among friends, the use of your ointment has spread for various issues that come up. During the COVID period, I personally came to your home to get the ointment. For the past three years, I have been going for a spine massage every month, where I also buy your ointment because it is the most convenient for me. The last ointment was bought for me by my nephew at the Smrekomat in Sostro.
Recently, I fell on paving stones and caught myself on my knees and arm (later I needed stitches), and I scraped my cheek on the right side of my face. Before going to the emergency room, I applied Smrekovit Klasik to my cheek. After about two hours, when it was my turn, the doctor said there was no visible mark on my cheek.

I had toenail fungus on my big toe in an early stage—about 2 mm in one corner of the nail. I applied Smrekovit Klasik to the affected nail morning and evening, and as a precaution I also applied it to the other nails and the soles of both feet. After two months, the nail had grown out and a healthy nail remained. In addition, as a result of using Smrekovit Klasik, the hard skin around the edge of my heel also improved—something I hadn’t managed to resolve before despite weekly soaking, removal, and regular care with creams.

First of all, thank you for such an effective product. I train climbing, and lately I started noticing that I couldn’t move my knee properly. Even when walking downhill, my knee hurt. Then I found out there is a Smrekomat nearby. I bought Smrekovit Klasik ointment and applied it to my knee twice a day. The situation started improving literally by the second day. It felt much easier, and then it gradually kept improving. Climbing became easier and easier until the issue fully settled. Smrekovit Klasik is always in my backpack and is part of my essential gear.

I developed a rash on both legs, from the knees down to the ankles. For three weeks I used an over-the-counter antifungal ointment, then a prescription combination anti-inflammatory ointment, but the condition did not improve. I use Smrekovit 365 several times a day together with a Smrekovit compress. Before, I couldn’t turn over in bed, but now it’s already much better and it helps me a lot.

For stomach problems (chronic gastritis), I started taking Smrekovit capsules. In the first week, I took 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. My condition improved very quickly. Gradually, I reduced the number of capsules and now I take them only as needed. The gastritis hasn’t disappeared, but it has improved considerably and prescription tablets are no longer needed—of course, I still have to stick to a diet. Thank you, Smrekovit!

I have known and used your products for almost two years. I have digestive issues, so I’ve taken quite a lot of Smrekovit capsules. Now I’ve worked out an even better combination: in the evening, when I go to bed, I take a pea-sized amount of Smrekovit Klasik on a spoon. I let it melt slowly in my mouth, and in this way I “disinfect” and “treat” not only my stomach and intestines but also my mouth and throat.
