SmrekoVET Klasik – a large Klasik pack for animals

SmrekoVET Klasik contains exactly the same ointment as Smrekovit Klasik.
The formulation is identical – SmrekoVET is filled from the same production batch
as Klasik.

The main difference is the 2500 mL pack and its declared use in animals.
The large PP bucket with a handle is more practical where larger quantities are used,
for example with larger animals, larger application areas or frequent use.

The large pack has traditionally been used most often by cattle farmers,
where Smrekovit is frequently applied to the udder. SmrekoVET Klasik has no withdrawal period.

The name SmrekoVET Klasik has been used since summer 2026.
Before that, the same product was available as Smrekovit Klasik 2500 mL.

Use

Apply a thin layer of SmrekoVET Klasik to the
udder, skin or other stressed areas of the animal.
Repeat the application several times a day as needed.

Ingredients

SmrekoVET Klasik has exactly the same composition as
Smrekovit Klasik.
Its key ingredient is
spruce resin, incorporated into a fatty base
of palm fat, sunflower and pumpkin seed oils, and beeswax.

Scots pine essential oil completes the formulation. The water-free fatty
base gives the product its characteristic thick and greasy texture.

INCI: Elaeis Guineensis Butter, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil,
Pinaceae Resin, Cera Alba, Cucurbita Pepo Seed Oil,
Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Limonene.

Safety and warnings

SmrekoVET Klasik is intended for external use in animals.

Animals sensitive to conifer resin or any other ingredient
may develop a hypersensitivity reaction. Discontinue use if an adverse
reaction occurs.

In the case of serious injuries, a marked deterioration in the animal’s
general condition or other problems requiring veterinary care, the product
does not replace examination and treatment by a veterinarian.

What about animals with dense fur?

It is important that the ointment reaches the skin directly.
Part the fur or shorten it slightly at the application area if needed.

Does SmrekoVET Klasik have a withdrawal period?

No. SmrekoVET Klasik has no withdrawal period.
